These outputs were developed in preparation for the workshops to support group work and activities and to report on the knowledge produced throughout the cross-cutting capitalisation process conducted over the course of the project.

Matrix of innovation pathways: this illustrates the modes of intervention of the DeSIRA projects in Senegal, from the design of innovations to their scaling.
Success stories: these were produced in co-construction with the focal points of the projects concerned, and each one presents the story of an innovation underway, highlighting its success factors but also the challenges for its future development.
National mind maps: these present the diversity of stakeholders involved in the DeSIRA projects operating in Senegal, Burkina Faso and Niger.

Cross cutting mapping exercise: this was co-designed by DISSEM-INN further to bilateral interviews with the focal points of the nine projects* in order to support group work during the workshop. Subsequently revised by the focal points further to the workshop, it presents the range of strategies considered or implemented by the DeSIRA projects in terms of research, adoption and scaling of innovations.
Cross-cutting briefing note: this was produced ahead of the workshop based on data processing from the bilateral interviews with the focal points of the nine projects*, enabling the production of the PowerPoint presentation giving feedback on the first cross-cutting results obtained and the group work materials.
Posters of the nine projects* concerned: these were co-produced by DISSEM-INN with the help of the focal points of the nine projects. They were used during the “DeSIRA Fair”, the first activity organised in the context of this workshop.
* Originally, the DISSEM-INN project involved a total of nine DeSIRA projects, including INV-Niger, but due to the discontinuation of its activities, DISSEM-INN has capitalized on only eight projects since 2023.
